With The High Cost of Living and The Cost of Utilities Going Up, You Can't Afford To Buy A House That Is Inefficient.With an Infrared Property Inspection, We Will Take A Full Walk Around Your Property, Looking For Areas Of Heat Loss On The Exterior. Then We Proceed To The Interior Of The House and Look At Every Exterior Wall, Looking For Missing Insulation, Water Intrusion. Yes, That's Right, Water Could Be Leaking Behind Those Walls And Not Be Evident To The Eye. With Thermal Imaging It Shows Right Up. We Are Also Looking At The Electrical Plugs and Switches For Air Leaking Around Them. Then We Look At All Of The Windows and Exterior Doors Looking For Areas Of Heat Loss.
In The End, We Go Down To Your Electrical Panel and Look For Hot Spots On Your Breakers and Loose Connections That Could Cause a Fire.
Any Problems We Find Are Documented and Put Into A Full Color Report, Including An Infrared Image, A Digital Picture, and Where The Problem Was Found.
