Non-contact means we are out of harm's way and we don't need to touch it, prod it, or poke it to find the problem. Using the newest Infrared cameras, equipment, and technology we can locate and identify faulty electrical equipment, wet insulation under the membrane of a flat roof. We also can help to lower energy costs by locating and identifying areas of heat loss, missing insulation, and water intrusion.
