Yes, good people have to take care of good people, and I know the good Lord kind of arranged for us all to meet. Also, I love to say that people can, after getting back your report, spend their precious repair dollars in the most effective manner, not just blindly adding more insulation where it's not even needed, but troubleshooting and treating the worst and most extensive problems first. The fact that certain patterns can also suggest water is truly a blessing.
The fact that you take both inside and outside pictures is wonderful, your response time, report turn-around time and communications are almost instantaneous, and all the images you sent me had a specific message, clearly showed various temperature ranges, identified the location and, in some cases, suggested possible treatments.
I think you're both awesome and I am starting to have hope again about my dream home,
